Silverside Deli is a unique, locally owned and operated restaurant specializing in gourmet sandwiches and coffee. Bringing over a decade of experience in Salt Lake City’s culinary scene, Executive Chef Zach Wojdula refines the art of the sandwich with fine dining techniques honed at esteemed establishments like Current Fish & Oyster and White Horse. As a former pastry instructor at the Park City Culinary Institute, he applies a deep understanding of balance—harmonizing sweet, sour, salty, bitter, umami, and heat while complementing them with thoughtful textures. The result is an elevated yet approachable dining experience that redefines what a sandwich can be.
